LatinoScoop talks with Marvin Lemus of GENTE-FIED!

The new Latino comedy web series, GENTE-FIED (a play on the word gentrified), explores the pros and cons of gentrification in one of Los Angeles’ most recognized Latino neighborhoods, Boyle Heights. The series was presented at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and was created and directed by Marvin Lemus and executive produced by America Ferrera, who will also star in the series.
